Skin Tone: Fair to Medium
A few months ago, I had picked up three lip glosses from Maybelline’s Baby Lips lip gloss range – Fab and Fuchsia, Coral Craze, and Berry Chic. In this post, I would be reviewing the shade “Berry Chic.”
$3.99/Rs 275 approximately.

My Experience with Maybelline Baby Lips Berry Chic Moisturizing Lip Gloss:
This lip gloss comes in a very bright and girly looking packaging. The gloss looks bright peachy coral inside the bottle. The cylindrical gloss bottle is a small one which would fit easily in a clutch or handbag. The wand is well-shaped and makes the gloss glide smoothly on the lips. The price is budget friendly and a good option for college-going girls.
“Berry Chic” is a very light, almost sheer looking gloss with a slight hint of coral red. The tint is a little better compared to the previous two shades that I have reviewed because this one at least shows up on the lips.
What I did not like about this gloss is that the finish is very sheer. The gloss does not have any color to it, just a slight tint, which looks absolutely different from what we see in the tube. I wish it was pigmented enough and that would have made the shades in this range different from each other.
The gloss has a thick consistency which glides smoothly on the lips, but when layered on, it feels heavy on the lips. It has a nice glossy shine which looks very pretty and great for casual wear. Also, it can be topped up on any shade to make that shade look glossy. It has a really nice smell.
The staying power is very average, for around 2-3 hours only. It will fade off if you eat or drink something, not impressive.
