Today’s review is all about NARS Nail Polish in the shade Manosque. It is my first nail polish from NARS and having used a few nail polishes from Deborah Lippmann, Chanel, Smith and Cult, I had high hopes for this one too. So, let’s see how this one fared for me.

My Experience with NARS Nail Polish – Manosque:
The NARS nail polish comes packaged in a square shaped glass bottle with a decorative cap. The outer packaging is a cardboard box which bears all the product related information. Overall, the packaging feels luxurious. However, you need a bit of practice to use the brush because it’s thick and flat.
The shade “Manosque” is a dusty, lavender color which has a creamy and glossy formula. I got this nail polish as it?s a neutral shade and it looks good for any occasion. So, I usually file my nails, push and neaten the cuticles, clean the nail bed with a nail polish remover and then, apply a base coat. Once the basecoat dries, I apply a single coat of this nail polish which takes about 3-5 minutes to dry and then, I apply a second coat. However, the second coat takes a little bit time to dry when compared to my regular Essie or OPI nail polishes, but the result is extremely glossy and there isn’t any need for a top coat.
The nail polish doesn?t stain the nails. Also, my nails remain chip-free for more than a week. The brush is a bit weird to use as it overloads the product over the cuticles even when I apply it with extreme care, so this is a big disappointment for me.
